If you want to exchange or refund an item please send an email on info@zela-shop.com with your order number, phone number and a picture of the item front and back to ensure that the item is in its original condition. We can’t exchange or refund anything after 30 days.

Please note that the cost of shipping and handling for exchanges or returns is the responsibility of the customer, unless the problem is from our side.
